Pai, Thailand 2015
The life of a traveller is a paradox.
You feel at home wherever you are.
You feel comfortable when there is no comfort.
You feel like you have known people for a lifetime when you have just met.
You have no set destination, yet you always know you are exactly where you need to be.
You have no fixed plans, yet you always know you are doing exactly what you are meant to be doing.
Your days are rich, full and alive, yet when people ask you what you are ‘doing’ you couldn’t tell them.
Each day is different yet familiar at the same time.
We are all blessed to be Travellers of this funny thing they call Life.
~inspired by Lea Borer, the young girl I met in a laid-back little town in the mountains of northern Thailand and lived with only a few months, yet the old soul I’ve known a lifetime.
